'All good! Room lovely and clean with a great view of the sea; breakfast was lovely too - pancakes with maple syrup (and or bacon if you chose) along with other choices. Because of the weather we didn’t end up taking our dog but saw many there and it’s lovely and dog friendly. A nice quiet room at the back for a chat and a drink and we enjoyed an evening meal there too'

'Very friendly lad on reception and booking in efficient. Sorted car parking. Building appealing and clean. Room clean and had a bath. Was a bit noisy from windows but i put that down to the storm tgat passed through. On the whole, will definitely be staying again.'

'Cheap, quiet and clean with helpful staff. Building was once a beautiful gothic victorian spa and has a lots of original features. Sadly the the building and decor have seen better days, but what can be expected at such a lot cost?'
