'Good'

'Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. '

'Nice spot in Tucson. Parking wasn’t a problem as I had been led to worry about from other reviews. Very noisy on Saturday night. Hot water issues that were eventually resolved. Management was responsive.'

'Its like having a small cottage village with a nice courtyard in the middle of the city. You're within walking distance of everything downtown, the rooms are cozy, good amenities and a peaceful place to relax. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend.'

'We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. Take advantage of the parking garage, great price - even though street parking is...

'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'We absolutely love staying at Graduate hotels whenever possible. They really help you feel planted in the place you are visiting, and this stay was no exception. The room and lobby were beautifully decorated, as is the usual with Graduate hotels. The Moonstone bar and rooftop bar were truly incredible. We were here during summer break, so parking wasn’t a big issue, but I can see how it would be hard if students were around.'

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'They didn’t mention a pet fee upon my booking and then when I checked out, they told me there was a $50 pet fee, which should’ve been waived since I didn’t know about it other than that everything was great'
