'Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. 'To begin, I booked this hotel because of its proximity to downtown - not for the amenities. That said, Zebra Unicorn is branded as a boutique luxury hotel - a role in which it fails abysmally. Let's be clear regarding parameters: Luxury to me means being free of all concern. Unfortunately Zebra Unicorn only added to mine.This began even before check in - as I was asked to provide an abundance of information prior to being given instructions for arrival. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. 'The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...

'Room was clean but super tiny. Area is sketchy, Pool Under construction, be honest it’s still dirt. I’ll do better research next time. '

'My first time there and we loved it! As we walked in we were greeted by Jr. who was beyond helpful walked us through all the property amenities. Our room was very nice- I was very impressed. The pool and arcade were of course my daughter’s favorites. Parking is gated which made me even more comfortable. We will be staying there again and I will be recommending The Kennedy to my family and friends. '
