'Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...

'Fabulous location. Beautiful old gem with plenty of room and a variety of gathering places for a group of friends. Walking distance to many facilities and lots of onsite parking spaces. The walk around the nearby lake is a fabulous option. Would book again. Fast and Easy to communication with host. '
