Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £17.5 damage waiver. The damage deposit pre-authorisation will incur a £5 fee. This Truvi verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

Getting there
Getting there from the Waverley Railway Station
Exit the station onto Market Street. Turn left and take the next right onto North Bridge Street. Walk for about 5 minutes and catch bus No. X62 from the South Bridge bus stop. The journey should take around 10 minutes. Prepare to get off at the Salisbury Place bus stop. After getting off, continue in the same direction and turn right onto Duncan Street. Walk straight until you reach Causewayside. The apartment will be to the right of The Old Bell.
Getting there from the Airport
Take the Express Shuttle bus from outside the UK arrivals hall into the city centre (buses approximately every 10 minutes, fare around £4.50). Exit bus at Waverley Bridge, just off Princes Street. Follow instructions as above.

Getting there by Car
If travelling from the North, continue on the A90 signposted for Edinburgh. Take the exit onto the A90, go through two roundabouts. Turn left at A90/Manor Place where you turn left again after 0.3 miles onto A8/W Maitland Street. After half a mile, turn right at Lothian Road and continue to Tollcross. Continue on the A700 along Melville Drive. At the end turn right onto Causewayside and look out for the National Library of Scotland's Map Library at the junction of Grange Rd, Salisbury place and Causewayside. The apartment is to the left of the Old Bell Pub.
If travelling from the South continue to drive on the A1 and take the exit towards Craigmillar/Newcraighall at the roundabout take the first exit onto A6095/Newcraighall Road and continue to Cameron Toll Shopping Centre. Take the third exit onto Lady Road, continue along and then turn right onto Mayfield Road. The apartment is on your right after Duncan Street a couple of doors up from the Old Bell Pub.
