David and Mary, property managers, were very responsive to any of our requests. '

The property manager met us onsite at check-in, even though it was late in the evening and provided us a tour so we knew where everything was situated and how to access the amenities. 'Lovely location right on a quiet cove on Southport Island. House was well equipped and the grounds were shady. The kitchen especially was well equipped with plenty of pans, dishes, and a gas range with 4 eyes plus a griddle. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for relaxing both inside and outside. Highly recommend.'

'Nice house in a great location. It was wonderful to have a first floor bed and bath since we were traveling with my elderly parents. The location made it easy to walk or drive to Boothbay Harbor. The only minor issues we found were spotty wi-fi and the latch on the front screen door did not work properly. Would definitely stay here again!'
