The well appointed patio space in front of the house has a plush outdoor sofa and a Jotul carbon steel fire pit -- wood is included with your stay (usually piñon pine or white birch depending on what's available during the season). Outdoor glasses are provided so that you can have that perfect cocktail or glass of wine by the fire pit! There is also a Sonos music system where you can enjoy your favorite tunes while relaxing outside.

The media room space has an 83" OLED TV and sectional sofa -- perfect for those nights you want to stay in, relax, and watch a movie. Each TV in the house is setup with a hospitality enabled Roku that allows you to set your check out date and utilize your own streaming accounts so you never miss your content.

Detailed touches can be found throughout the property. Downstairs there are puzzles and games that will appeal to a wide range of audiences/ages (including some classics like Monopoly).

For tea and coffee lovers, we curate tea and coffee selections for our guests. There is a Miele Espresso machine that brews fantastic coffee/coffee drinks. We supply the coffee -- you unleash your inner barista! A full selection of luxury French teas are available.

The bedroom features Yves Delorme and super soft Italian made Frette linens, as well as blackout shades/curtains that completely darken the room for those "I don't want to get out of bed yet" mornings.

Luxury abounds in the bathroom with a marble accent wall and Ralph Lauren sconces. Abyss and Habidecor towels, Le Labo bath products, robes, and a multi-function shower bring all of the amenities you could ask for. The tile floor is also heated, allowing you to make your feet as warm and cozy as you would like!
