'The communication was terrible. The staff would not reply to messages through Expedia or to phone calls. There was no other way to contact them. Additionally upon arrival I was sent to 3 different apartments to check into and they were all locked. The room itself was fine but lacked enough towels and an additional set of blankets would have been appreciated as I was cold. '

'I have never been so excited to write a review. This place is perfect and magical, without exception. I won't spoil the surprises but DO THEM! They are amazing. This could go on; for every weather-created glitch, (it was very cold and rainy right before,) there was an immediate response and more than expected. The location was great - enough to feel isolated, but close enough for conveniences. Rooms were immaculate, the host and property manager were wonderful and communicative, everything...
