The problems began the moment I arrived at 11 PM, exhausted after a long day, only to find the entrance gate completely closed with no clear signage or instructions for late-night guests. I attempted to call the hotel for assistance, but no one answered the phone — a basic expectation that any 24-hour establishment should meet. After considerable frustration, I managed to locate an alternate gate and made my way...

'Acumulación de pelusas sucias en los rincones, mal, olor, creo por la antigua estructura del edificio y muebles deteriorados, la puerta del baño necesitó un poco de fuerza para abrirla, la ventana no cerró completamente dejando tras pasar la luz de la calle, finalmente la secadora de cabello no trabajó. El desayuno estuvo bien. El primer piso tiene buena vista, muy diferente de las habitaciónes. No regresaría a este hotel.'
