'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental property in Edgecomb! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. 'Clean, walkable to town, nice backyard to sit and talk.'

'We stayed for 2 nights. Upon arriving we immediately noticed mouse traps in every room which was a little unnerving; however, there did not appear to be evidence of live mice in the house. The towels did not smell fresh in downstairs bathroom. And the water pressure was terrible. If the downstairs water was running, there was no water in sink upstairs. There were no bed slats in one bed causing the mattress to fall on floor. Additionally, when we returned one evening, I notified host...

'We had a lovely stay. This rental exceeded my expectations. Very well appointed. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Super quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. We brought a baby with us and they thought of everything such as a portable high chair and baby gates. Just beautiful. Thank you so much.'

'The place is beautiful. Lots of nooks and crannies to escape by yourself and not be on top of others. The kitchen was fully stocked and completely renovated. We enjoyed the coffee/wine bar. We used the fire pit as well. I would say the only take aways is that the stairs were tough to navigate for my 88 year old mom and the house is situated right off a busy road. Finally, great that you can walk to the footpath and be in the heart of the town. Would recommend to others!!!'

'The location and views from the cottage are quintessential coastal Maine. Small community with lobster pound and Maine Oyster Company across the street. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. 'What a fantastic property! We had a family birthday celebration- plenty of space to spread out and well set up for hosting. The hosts have thought of everything, from toiletries to a well-stocked kitchen with a very helpful info binder and labels on drawers & cabinets so things were easy to find. The backyard is large with lots of chairs, a cozy porch, and a grill. Everything you need is within walking distance. 'Wow what a beautiful location. We were there right at the peak of fall leaf colors. Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week.
