'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'

'Amazing place to stay, we had a double room with our own bathroom. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable while being convenient and sustainable. The location was right in the city centre but still nice and quiet and the reception staff was the loveliest, giving us local recommendations and letting us leave our luggage during the day. 'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

'Really lovely stay in Torchon. Perfect space for a couples getaway. Surprisingly well soundproofed. Nextdoor bar could be heard but not invasive at all. Slight downer was an issue with a leaking pipe causing the water and electricity to fail Sunday morning. Very impressive recovery! A large team were onsite immediately fixing the problem. Only a minor inconvenience that could have been much worse. Lovely room, comfy and everything we needed. Highly recommend '

'Klant is echt koning, al jaren veel hotels gehad in Engeland en telkens met 2 volwassen en 1 kind op de kamer. Nu voor het eerst in dit hotel en voor het eerst alle 3 een echt bed, 3x koffiekop, 3x glas voor drinken. 3x shampoo etc kortom. Alles voor 3 personen. Een verademing om er niet om te hoeven vragen. En het personeel top, echt gemeend vriendelijk. We hadden een betaalde parkeerplaats gereserveerd maar toen de baliemedewerksters hoorden dat we een invalide kaart hadden zeiden ze dat we...

'Good communication with the owner. Toiletries, towels,tea, coffee and kettle provided. Had a minor glitch with nerflix but the owner tried to fix patiently. Ordering take away is easy- peasy..'
