« Great host »

« Broken beds mildew roaches filthy needless to say we took pictures and sent in to “VRBO” they got the host on the phone and she refunded our stay which we didn’t get back for a week. Had to cancel a Trip we had planned for months worst experience ever traveling. Do not book this property and I will never use Vrbo again. »

« Four co-workers attending a conference by the convention center stayed for half the cost of rooms in the attached hotel. Convenient location within 7 minutes of the convention center and restaurants. »

« The location was excellent; near to everything we needed. Plenty of room available for the 6 people in our party. Beds very comfortable. So nice to have 2 Kings! Owners very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again without a doubt! »

« The massive winter storm Fern had been predicted and we knew we would not be able to get there due to the weather. In communication , the host was cold and uncaring, basically saying “sorry about your luck”. Maybe VRBO should include a link to travel insurance company. »

« The house was conveniently located to the colleges our games were played. It had everything we needed. We were intending to grill out, however the grill needed attention. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed our morning walks before heading to the ballparks. Grocery stores were close as well as a Target. »

« This home is just as adorable as the listing, in an equally quaint and quiet neighborhood. The back porch is full of entertainment options and the living/dining area can host a group quite well. The modern aesthetic of the home may not bely its history, but it truly is a lovely old home with lots of character. We launched from here to visit several Durham favorites and it was very easy to access downtown, museums, and restaurants. »

« The home was in very poor condition and not clean. Hair in all the beds (the bed sheets weren’t cleaned before we arrived), brown handprints on walls, blood spots on the floor. Poor communication with the rental owner and we couldn’t get access to the home upon arrival and no response from rental owner when I reached out for help. I had to call the VRBO help center for assistance and they were finally able to contact the rental owner. I had to immediately change all the sheets, wipe down mirrors...
