'Place was amazing. Condo is very spacious with a full kitchen and laundry is a plus. Accessible to shops, dining options, and especially the beach. We enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend.'

'Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.'

'This is the only hotel we will stay at when we travel to the beach. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and all of the staff was helpful and super nice.'

'When we arrived and checked in I was told the ocean front room we reserved and paid for was unavailable and was given a partial ocean view room with a small kitchenette. Not what I wanted since we were only there a few days. The room we had was a connecting room that had no insulation from the door, could hear everything from loud music, t.v's, talking.... at one point someone tried opening our door late at night. I should have went back down and insisted on another room but after a long travel...

'The property in the guest areas were good. The hotel room we were assigned was dated, the t.v. was small with a universal remote which was difficult to turn on and off. We went down to the enjoy one of the hot tubs around 9:00pm and the water was freezing. '

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. '

'The property felt very safe. Security checked for proper tag every time you entered the property. Parking was an additional 20 dollars a day. Our condo was “ocean view” and had a pretty decent view of the ocean. Cleanliness of the condo could have been much better upon check in. Long hairs on the floors in the bath room and shower was a big turn off. Also lots of dust and crumbs in corners and near couches. We had a 3 year old with us who spent a lot of time playing on the floor which is why I...

'We had to call for towels,(they arrived 1:26 minutes later with just towels, no wash clothes). The room had not been cleaned properly, they didn't provide dishwashing detergent, paper towels, bakeware, and some utensil were missing (other resorts provide a started basket). The furniture was old and dated. Couch was worn out. the balcony railing's paint was chipping. The pool area was clean and the view was amazing. For the price I paid, I guess you get what you paid for.'

'Die Zimmer sind dreckig und veraltet. Die Hausdame schreit durch die Lobby und tritt ohne zu klopfen ins Zimmer ein. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen!'
