'Quiet, secluded property. Close enough to Crystal Mountain, Frankfort, Traverse City and the Platte River for tubing, kayaking and canoeing! Fire pit was great on back of property. Our host was wonderful to communicate with! We even got the chance to meet her. Older home and needed some TLC in some areas, but fulfilled our needs. Only suggestion to host would be additional wash cloths and towels for bath and dish cloth and towels for kitchen. I was thinking ahead and brought some. All in all,...

'Exceeded expectations. Very clean & comfortable. All appliances were new & worked prefectly. A/C a little loud but it's to be expected. They took time with the little things that made you feel welcomed - a little note, extra items, towels with decorative folds. You always have that moment driving to a new place, hoping it will be as it looked when you saw it online. 'Very nice house with large bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen and an overall comfortable feel. View out onto the lake is nice and it's great you have your own dock. Great location to go either east over to Traverse City or west over to Lake Michigan. Also close to M-22 and dune areas. '

'The hot tub was a nice feature, even if it was older model. The fire pit looked like it would be nice, although we did not use it. It was a lovely property in a convenient location.'
