'The apartment was a good size for our group of five, however, we were only given one towel and no shampoo or conditioner which made showering difficult. I did contact the host about the lack of amenities and they said they would look into it, but still nothing was brought in for our group. The check in was not smooth as the host had not sent us the information about the keyless entry. We had to call him as he did not reply to our messages.
