'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. 'Very clean spacious suite in a great location. Check in procedure was well explained. Very good furnishings. Contrary to other reviews, our one night was very quiet. We would be happy to stay here again. A very tasteful renovation of an older building. Good job!'

'Nice hotel! Beautiful room, great amenities. Loved the outside patio area with access to the pool. Really enjoyed the stay. The worse part was the parking. Confusing to figure out and we couldn't find how to enter the hotel from the underground parking garage- ended up going through the mall that was attached and then outside and in through the main door again. Other guests we passed by expressed this as well. Could have more signage for this issue perhaps.'
