'We had a room with a very noisy fridge and neighbors. Room itself was OK and clean.'

'Property needs upgrading. Carpets in hallways and lobby are dirty. Furniture and cabinets were beat up and need replacing. I had to change my room due to a brown substance in the bathtub which looked like feces. The drawers on the dresser in my room would not stay in, because the floor in the room was so uneven that it caused the dresser to lean forward. Drawers kept coming open by themselves. The drawers are a hazard. Bottom line, my stay was not pleasant.'

'This is a beautiful resort in a quiet part of Tucson. For me the best feature was the hiking trail just opposite the property. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The food was excellent as well. '

'They missed cleaning our room 2days in a row and when they finally did, they did the bare minimum. They also charge $15 a day to park. We were not informed until we got ticketed. We went in and parked d for the 5 days and still got tagged. It was very frustrating.'
