'The staff was friendly and offered great service, all the amenities were working properly.'

'It gets the job done, it’s about as average as it gets. The location is nice if you’re doing the AquaSplash park since it’s right across the street. The staff was nice - they brought up a Pack n Play after check-in because it unfortunately wasn’t already in the room as requested but they were quick with it. The pool is very small and gets to be quite busy. The continental breakfast really wasn’t great, had very few options.'

'All in order'

'Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.'

'We had bad luck with our door. The key would not work on the second day staying there. Maintenance had to be called to fix it. Which we were gone for most of the day and they fixed it once we had returned. The staff was helpful and friendly but the tech issues need to be reviewed as it was odd that all keys including the master card keys did not work.'

'We stayed for only one night but overall had a great experience. The receptionist who welcomed us during check-in was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, which set a wonderful tone for our stay.However, the breakfast service has room for improvement. The selection was quite limited, and key items ran out quickly. There was not enough butter, and the bread selection was depleted before everyone could eat. The morning staff seemed to be multitasking heavily, which unfortunately prevented them...
