Profitez d'une vue panoramique sur l'ocĂ©an en vous dĂ©plaçant dans cette spacieuse maison de plage Ă  Dillon Beach. Le niveau principal supĂ©rieur a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert oĂč la salle familiale, la salle Ă  manger, la cuisine rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e, la salle bonus et le balcon profitent de cette «vue Ă  un million de dollars» de la plage de Dillon. Nous avons 20 pieds de siĂšges de fenĂȘtre pour se dĂ©tendre pendant que vous profitez de grandes fenĂȘtres qui donnent sur les vagues de l'ocĂ©an ou profitez d'un film sur un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat.

La chambre principale est situĂ©e au niveau principal supĂ©rieur oĂč vous voudrez peut-ĂȘtre vous Ă©loigner pour assister aux couchers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle.

Le niveau inférieur contient 3 chambres: 1 grande chambre avec un lit Cal King, une autre grande chambre avec 2 lits queen et une troisiÚme petite chambre qui contient un lit superposé (twin sur double). Les deux plus grandes chambres du niveau inférieur sont équipées de télévisions à écran plat. Tous les téléviseurs à écran plat de la maison ont accÚs aux chaßnes cùblées en direct via Sling et à des milliers de films et d'émissions de télévision via Netflix.

Il y a une salle de bain complÚte au niveau inférieur qui comprend également la laveuse et la sécheuse et un évier pour tous les besoins de lavage délicats. Cette salle de bain complÚte s'ouvre sur une terrasse fermée avec un grand bain à remous de luxe et une vue sur le coucher du soleil par temps clair.

Vous trouverez également quelques planches de boogey, des jouets de sable pour les plus petits et deux chaises pliantes à apporter à la plage. Il y a beaucoup de jeux de société pour profiter avec vos amis et votre famille, une XBOX et une sélection de livres à lire dans toute la maison.

Dillon Delight

The house was very nice and well equipped and is in a beautiful neighborhood. Deck is wind sheltered, hot tub is large and comforting. View is magnificent.The only tiny blip is only one bathroom for three downstairs bedrooms but we made do.Beds were all comfortable, kitchen mostly well equipped. Very nice spot.

Family vacation week!

We were looking for a wonderful place where my husband and I could book it and have our kids and their families come and stay. Wabi Tei was everything we could ask for. Plenty of space, kitchen was fully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. Such a great place for families. If your a puzzler there are some awesome puzzles to work. we completed three this week. Only a 10 min walk to the beach for me and my Service GSP to go for our morning strolls on the beach every morning at 5;30 AM. It was perfect!!!! Thank you Jen

Lovely Home

We truly enjoyed our time here! We were pleasantly surprised at how many things there were for the baby! A crib, a little high chair, and plenty of room for the crib in the downstairs big bedroom. Our family felt very comfortable in all the rooms. The extra sitting area was so convenient for our 11 and 9 year old grandchildren to play games. The living room easily fit all 9 of us to watch a movie. The dining room table was large enough for us to all sit together. We are considering making this an annual family vacation stay. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and I really appreciated the washer and dryer. Overall just lovely.

This was our fifth (?) stay at Webi.....room galore, gorgeous view, even if foggy, comfortable....we all enjoy our stay at Webi Tei.....Dillon Beach is our place....always will be......coming here, since I was in Mom's womb!!! (i m seventy two).Thank you for your communications!! Take care!

Comfortable stay

Our needs were well met at this comfortable home, from video games for the kids to wine glasses and a wind-free deck for sunset watching for the adults. The hot tub worked well, beds were very comfortable, and everything was adequately clean. It could use a new barbecue, but it worked ok. Adequate dishes and utensils for our group of seven. Not really walkable to the beach (unless you are good with hills), but a super beach view. Ten dollars/day to park at Dillon beach. Our dog adores being on that off-leash beach!!!

Beautiful Stay!

This was our third stay at this beautiful home.Owner is very communicative and kind. Check in process is easy and the home is just as described. The view from the living room and all those gorgeous windows makes this a gem. Great gathering place that promotes relaxation.

Exceeded Expectations

Absolutely stunning home located a quick drive or moderate walk to beach. My family and I were in awe of the impeccable views of the ocean which we enjoyed from a multitude of vantage points. There was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy comfortably. As well as ample sleeping space available. My mother said she felt like a Queen in the master suite. We made a few family meals in the incredibly well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated a soak in the hot tub. The walk to the beach was very easy, but we preferred to drive since the walk back is quite an incline which proved a challenge for some, but an adventure for others.The owners were quick to respond to any comments from us during our stay. The property was easy to find, and very clean. There were a lot of books and games that we enjoyed as well. I would recommend this rental for any family or small group to relax and surround yourselves with epic views.

Good for a large family group

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The hosts were very responsive, before & during our stay. The view was great. The kids loved spying wildlife from the deck & windows (deer & quail especially) The house was in a nice location - a short though steep walk to the beach, or a short drive (but a 10 pkg fee). The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra linens; the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking implements; the deck & hot tub were enjoyable places to relax & take in the view. The washer & dryer came in handy, and we loved having a dining table to seat all of us. We had a 3-generation family of ten, and made good use of all the bed configurations -- 2 adults upstairs and 4 adults 4 kids downstairs. At night, 8 of us shared the one downstairs bathroom, which was a bit crowded, but it was handy having an extra bathroom on the main floor (upstairs), and the adults in the primary bedroom upstairs shared their shower with others. It's wise to bring your food with you, if you intend to cook, since well-stocked grocery stores are a 30-minute drive away. (Basic staples, tho, are available closer-by: bread, milk, etc.)For us, the one downside of this rental were the living room couches, which were uncomfortably soft and squishy. We found ourselves sinking so deeply into them that it was hard to get back up. It was also hard to sit up, rather than recline, making it hard to lounge with others and enjoy the view & sunsets. That said, this house was great

Fun and Relaxation at Wabi Tei

We had an amazing time at Wabi Tei. The views from the second floor living room and patio were incredible. The house was well prepared for our stay; everything was clean, well-stocked, and in working order. We were able to kick our shoes off and immediately relax in true Dillon Beach style.

Family vaca

The view is amazing. Large space for family to provide privacy as well as time together. Not a big deal but could be review the rules. We got a bunch with the email that contained our entry information. But our family enjoyed our vacation. Dillion beach is awesome one of the few places that dogs can be off leash on the beach. Watching surfers was awesome.

Perfect little getaway!

Three couples stayed mid-week, everything was great! The view was spectacular! The house, the weather, the location, the instructions, all good. House was clean, large dining room table, modern kitchen and bathrooms, deck facing the ocean, perfect for a family. Plenty of furniture (not fancy) and suitable necessities -- tv's worked, plenty of dishes, big fridge/freezer, beach chairs, 2-car garage. Only a couple of suggestions: The hot tub had steps but no handles for entering/exiting, very slippery and difficult, be careful. Also, it's worth noting that the three bathrooms are not all connected to bedrooms, the three downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom which is the laundry room and pathway to the hot tub, the bedroom upstairs has a luxurious bathroom, and the third bathroom is upstairs off the den. All the rooms are large and comfortable. We enjoyed Wabi Tei and will return. (It's a very long walk to the beach, but a short drive, and a terrific beach!)

This home is in a very nice location. Off the main street buzzy section with an absolute fantastic view of the ocean and beyond. It appears many of the homes are short term rentals or vacation homes as we did not see many cars or people. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house is large with bedrooms on the upper and lower levels. Those with stair issue may not find it as appealing as our group did. Lots of windows, lots of views and plenty of space around the property for viewing nature. Lovely deck with table and nice chairs to enjoy your evening cocktails and make one comfortable to watch the sunset and world go by.

Wonderful family vacation home
