Experience panoramic ocean views as you move about this spacious beach house at Dillon Beach. The upper main level has an open floor plan where the family room, dining room, newly remodeled kitchen, bonus room and balcony enjoy that “million dollar view” of Dillon Beach. We have 20 feet of window seating to lounge on while you enjoy expansive windows that look out onto the ocean waves or enjoy a movie on a flat screen TV.

The Master bedroom is located on the upper main level where you may want to sneak away to witness the breath-taking sunsets.

The lower level holds 3 bedrooms: 1 large room with a Cal King bed, another large room with 2 queen beds and a third small room that holds a bunk bed (twin over double). The two larger rooms on the lower level are equipped with flat screen TVs. All flat screen TVs in the house have access to live cable channels via Sling and thousands of movies and tv shows via Netflix.

There is a full bathroom on the lower level which also includes the washer and dryer and a sink for any delicate washing needs. This full bathroom opens up to an enclosed patio with a large, deluxe hot tub and views of the sunset on clear days.

You will also find a couple of boogey boards, sand toys for the little ones and two collapsible chairs to bring to the beach. There are plenty of board games to enjoy with your friends and family, an XBOX and a selection of books to read throughout the house.

Great view, House was very nice, clean, kitchen well equipped. The hot tub area with some shrubbery around it is fenced, but the back with more low grass on it is not fenced so we had to walk the dog down to potty each time. Not a major thing for most people, but I hadn’t looked closely enough online to realize that.

The view was amazing. The house was spacious and comfortable. All pans and utensils needed to cook are available at the house. The BBQ's were on the deck and easy to access. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and it was easy to operate. Lots of wildlife to see from the deck. It was a quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes away from the beach. Very relaxing stay.

Wabi Tei is exactly as advertised, spacious, well-equipped, and welcoming to guests of all ages. Everything we could have wanted or needed in the kitchen and beyond. The beds were really comfy and everything was clean, wi-fi and entertainment options abound, and it was predictably hard to get the kids out of the hot tub. We ranged from 1 to 75 and everyone had a great time. Even though half of our visit was foggy and windy it's a beautiful place to spend a few days away from the City hustle and just unwind. You would not regret a stay in Dillon Beach at Wabi Tei!!

Dillon Delight

The house was very nice and well equipped and is in a beautiful neighborhood. Deck is wind sheltered, hot tub is large and comforting. View is magnificent.The only tiny blip is only one bathroom for three downstairs bedrooms but we made do.Beds were all comfortable, kitchen mostly well equipped. Very nice spot.

Family vacation week!

We were looking for a wonderful place where my husband and I could book it and have our kids and their families come and stay. Wabi Tei was everything we could ask for. Plenty of space, kitchen was fully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. Such a great place for families. If your a puzzler there are some awesome puzzles to work. we completed three this week. Only a 10 min walk to the beach for me and my Service GSP to go for our morning strolls on the beach every morning at 5;30 AM. It was perfect!!!! Thank you Jen

Lovely Home

We truly enjoyed our time here! We were pleasantly surprised at how many things there were for the baby! A crib, a little high chair, and plenty of room for the crib in the downstairs big bedroom. Our family felt very comfortable in all the rooms. The extra sitting area was so convenient for our 11 and 9 year old grandchildren to play games. The living room easily fit all 9 of us to watch a movie. The dining room table was large enough for us to all sit together. We are considering making this an annual family vacation stay. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and I really appreciated the washer and dryer. Overall just lovely.

Comfortable stay

Our needs were well met at this comfortable home, from video games for the kids to wine glasses and a wind-free deck for sunset watching for the adults. The hot tub worked well, beds were very comfortable, and everything was adequately clean. It could use a new barbecue, but it worked ok. Adequate dishes and utensils for our group of seven. Not really walkable to the beach (unless you are good with hills), but a super beach view. Ten dollars/day to park at Dillon beach. Our dog adores being on that off-leash beach!!!

Dillon’s Family Trip

When we first entered the house my family was throughly impressed with the panoramic view. Everyone loved our stay and they want to come back. The host Jen was easy to communicate with. The house was well maintained.
