'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Everything was fine. Staff was great as well What i didn't like was that the airconditioner did not work. The temparture could be 18 degrees at the lowest settings(not that it will reach it. Temp. was 22 at best) and the weather was really hot for the days that i was there. Thank god the cleaning staff provided me with a fan (made it a lot more tolerable).'
