'The hotel should ensure housekeeping standards are improved. In particular the finer details, the room(s) were looking a little tired around the edges, in particular the bathroom. While there were some issues with housekeeping, what makes a good stay great is the way it is resolved and the attitude of the team that works front of house. In this case the hotel team member Edward was above and beyond, understanding and empathetic, not defensive and making every effort to ensure a good stay. He...

'The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. 'Wifi out of service in whole hotel, room not ready at arrival 3pm, diner almost 45 min. waiting. Windows in room not closing. Not Mercure hotel level !'

'Perfect stop over for a long drive to Glasgow. Staff super friendly and lovely. Room clean and has everything you need. Didn’t have breakfast as was up early to hit the road but evening food was basic but nice. Would recommend.'

'Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.'

'Very clean and in great location. Sue is a very professional and friendly host. If we are in the area again would definitely stay here again. Oh, great coffee at breakfast'

'I enjoyed my stay clean very nice place'

'Positief: zwembadje met sauna leuk voor kleine kinderen, goed ontbijt , gratis parkeren, tegenover bioscoop en aan weg die langs strand loopt Negatief : sommige kamers ( die boven de amusement ruimte zoals kamer nr 40) erg gehorig . Vrijdag en zaterdag avond tot 11 uur luide stem erg goed te horen vd kinderentertainer en muziek. Kamer 4 was stil. Waterkoker op kamer , geen sjampoo. Beetje vergane glorie hotel zoals heel blackpool is . Pizza express in blackpool heerlijke flinter dunne pizza's !...

'Nice rooms & fantastic location'

'Er zat een uitgebreide keuken bij en de kamer was schoon en erg leuk ingericht'

'We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...
