« Responsive host, clean property. A little bit noisy with the downstairs neighbors, but you're in the middle of a city. Noise is expected. There was a small mix-up with the entrance being inside the fence, but it was quickly resolved. »

« We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of an apartment. The owners thought of just about anything that someone would need. The space is cute. The bedrooms are a nice size. The full washer & dryer were nice to have. Restaurants & coffee shops just a short drive away. A diner right on the corner for a quick breakfast. Will definitely book here again. »

« I could not have asked for a better experience. The host was very good at communicating, check in process was fantastic and the apartment was clean. It had everything I needed for a two week stay. 10/10 recdomend. Oh the location was also safe and right next to CVS with off street parking. »

« Great property, super responsive property owner. Great location, just at the edge of downtown. The only odd thing was that it's such an old building that the floors were a little warped in places, and not level. Other than that, great property! »

« Tatyana and Phillip have a great space. It is located near the Hudson River. The property is well maintained and just as described in Vrbo. The furnishings are tastefully appointed and the high ceilings give a sense of the glories of yesteryear. Everything a visitor would need is right here. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear. We enjoyed our stay. »

« The house was perfect for a guys trip. We had a great time and the amenities were nice. Perfect for a hunting or golf trip. »

« Found this gem on a whim after deciding on last minute plans to a show nearby. Perfect location and the room is exactly as pictured! Modern, cozy and safe. After show drinks at Ilium and late night Herbies Burgers across the street were such an added bonus! Will definitely be returning! »

« Perfect location. Walkable to most of the great restaurants and bars. Super clean and modern. Very responsive hosts. There is a great bar with a diverse/ fun crowd and events on the first floor. »

« Excellent communication with host from start to finish. The place was clean, roomy, and convenient to everything we wanted to so. So much better than a hotel and will definitely be back. »

« The property was lovely. Convenient location for Siena College or MVP events. Host was kind and helpful when I reached out for assistance. Property was extremely clean and very affordable. »

« Very secluded and nice! »

« Very nice host and pizza / beer downstairs. Cool town with live music around the corner at unihog »

« The house was very historic and charming and the property was gorgeous and had a stunning view. However the property didn't seem safe with the door being glass and not a sturdy lock. We also couldn't find a garbage can in any space except the bathroom downstairs. We moved that to the kitchen in order to throw out basic things like tissues and receipt papers. The AC downstairs was literally frozen and therefore didn't really cool the space. It was uncomfortable to be in that space and it...

« There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool loved fishing in the pond. Everything was as described. Definitely a great place to rent. »
