'We stayed at Turks Head Inn for one night during our visit to Grand Turk and had a lovely experience. The location is excellent—right in the historic area and just steps from the beach, which made it perfect for a short stay and exploring the island.
The property itself has a lot of character and feels very authentic to the island. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which we really appreciated.

'The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. '

'We were choosing between this property and Ocean Club West and chose wrong sadly.
From the start it was sub par, the transport from the airport failed to show after a 30 min wait and we had to join the taxi line.
We had a room the 1st night where there were people partying 2 doors down despite being asked to stop. I was woken at 2:38am by the smoke alarm because they were illegally smoking. I had to go to the front desk at 3am due to the banging and partying.

'This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if...
