« Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available.
As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable »

« Pretty good, only thing free wifi was advertised on your site and there was no wifi. When we booked on your site we specifically looked for a place with wifi as we had a foreign visitor. Maybe update this »
