'This is a lovely luxury property which has an older feel to it. The building is circular, which we found a bit disorienting, as you have to walk in outer circles around halls, or move through spokes from the elevators in the center. The rooftop pool has amazing views, but is less conducive to couples, as most seating is singular, around the pool edges. The gym and locker room are on the 6th floor, a long way from the pool. 'Gorgeous view, lovely room, and serene hot springs. Staff was extremely friendly and pointed out which routes to the attractions were the easiest, which were under maintenance, and how to get to places by bus or by foot. Front desk also kindly helped me search for a lost item, scouring even the bus from Taichung in the process.

'Nothing to see in the area
Having to pay half the room price for checking out 4 hours later is not very customer friendly, most hotels offer this for free'

'Spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Located near multiple metro (and bus) stations, so it is easy to travel.
Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The hotel is located near a very busy intersection, but I heard very little noise from inside the room.
Some of the other guests were quite rude, but cannot blame the hotel for that.'

'There is a mall inside the hotel and there are plenty of places to eat nearby and close to convenience store (7 Eleven) if you want snacks. The gym and pool were out of service when we were there due to remodeling which was a bummer. Nice breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. They offer discount if you eat in the restaurants located in the hotel which unfortunately we forgot to take advantage of. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. '
