« This place is incredible. Our stay was just perfect from the beginning to the end. We loved the food, the facilities, the staff, and the Taroko Park even if everything was closed. I highly recommend this hotel, and can't wait to come back once the Park will be re-opening completely »

« Superbe hotel, personnel aimable, chambre czlme et spacieuse, trés bonne literie, snack, diner et oetit-déjeuner super. Bref, vraiment trés bien! »

« In my opinion it's a good one if you also visits the theme park just underground . The hotel rooms they are like the hotel a bit too much , small gym, the swimming pool inside is really great but outside it miss some place. Other that the dinner is a really expensive and is not worth 1300 $. »

« Personnel et chambre très bien. L’hôtel est bien situé »

« super hotel, bien placé, personnel très sympa, belle chambre spacieuse, super salle de bain, bonne wifi, »

« This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...

« The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay. »

« Staff was very friendly and service minded. The hotel itself was OK, but not up to the level which can be expected e.g. in Taipei. There was mold in several places in the bathroom. The room smelt awkward and so did the corridor. The breakfast buffet was large but of average quality. Fresh fruit was almost lacking. So the hotel is ok if you need to stay in Hualien, e.g. to visit Taroko national park. Don't expect too much though. »

« Chambre propre et spacieuses, lits confortables. Très bien placé au calme. Sejour de 2 nuits agreables. »

« Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family. »
