'Was advised that I would be met at airport and no one there until I called again and waited an extra 30 minutes. Unreliable! On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready, when check in was expected by 3 pm. We did not get a room until 4:30 and at that point put us in a room in a lower level with lesser views. 'Great overall with amenities; gym, restaurants pool and beach areas, where you could swim!! (Great clearing the seaweed from the beach daily!!). More importantly the staff was excellent!! Would definitely go back for a relaxing vacation. '
