« Why do I need to submit any info? The taxi couldn't find the place and the renter never answer his phone I was at the place when I renter finally showed up after 630 and told me I cannot stay there. The taxi paid 30 instead of 12 because she took 2 1/2 looking for the place. I should be given compensation for wasting my time after landing at 10 AM and not one until after 630PM. »

« Beulah did her very best to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, which it mostly was! There was a minor hiccup with the stove-top not functioning and Beulah was quick to act on this, despite being off-site at the time. The property was located on a quiet hill with a terrace where I could watch and listen to the ocean every morning. The bedroom AC unit allowed me to sleep well after long, hot beach days. « We enjoyed the property a lot. It was exactly as advertised with modern, clean furnishings and the property manager was helpful. Simple but well stocked apartment. The pool was nice and the location was very private and walkable (10-15min) to Frigate Bay shops and restaurants. Parking for rental vehicles was an plus. Only complaint was the very hard water, but that is an island trait not an apartment issue. »

"SĂ©jour pour affaires. L’hĂŽtel mĂ©rite un check-up du point de vue de la climatisation qui est atrocement bruyante. MalgrĂ© avoir obtenu un changement de chambre pour une nuit, le retour dans ma chambre pour la seconde nuit n’était pas pour un mieux. Bref. Pas d’eau dans les mini-bars (vides) et l’achat d’une pĂąte Ă  dentifrice 15 USD m’a surprise au moment du check-out (Eh oui, les prix n’étaient pas affichĂ©s). Enfin le service de navette, malgrĂ© la gentillesse du personnel, je trouve irrespectueux de faire voyager le client dans des voitures Ă  mĂȘme de rendre l’ñme sur la route. Bref, Ă  part le staff, le management et la gestion du produit est Ă  revoir."
