'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. 'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'I booked Junior suite but the bed was against the wall. You have to crawl on the other side. The location was not great. The bed and pillows were comfy. I was informed if you check in earlier, a 200 Php per hour fees, ice cubes cost 50 Php.'
