'ホテル全体的に清潔で、スタッフの方達もいつも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて良かったです。 お1人日本人スタッフの方もいて、色々と助けて頂きました。 プールも2ヶ所あり、ビーチもすぐです。 ビーチは浅瀬で海の中は岩も多いので、裸足ではなくビーチシューズがないと歩きにくいですが、透明感があり、裸眼でも近くで魚が泳いでいるのが見えます。 プールのスライダーは12歳までの子供のみだったのがちょっと残念でした。 ビーチサイドやプールサイドには常に冷たいお水も何ヶ所か用意されていて、タオルもふかふかの物か常に補充されていました。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。 特にワッフルやフレンチトーストが美味しかった😋 喫煙所は合計3ヶ所で、どこもちょっと外れにあり、雨が降ると傘なしではいけなくて苦労しました。 徒歩圏内に人気の飲食店もいくつかあり、便利です。'

'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. 'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. 'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'We were only there for 1 night. To be honest all was really good except for 1 thing and that 1 thing may not be important to you, but it is very important to me. The breakfast buffet was a 2 out of 10. I would have given it a 1 but surely somewhere in the world there is worse. It's true they have an egg station which I love to have. I asked for 3 eggs over medium and the eggs were cooked (almost burnt) so no way I could eat them. The bacon was tough and non edible unless your a dog! We...

'Clean room, helpful staff and the breakfast was fantastic every morning! One thing I’d caution about is the shuttle runs from the hotel to the airport. They’re incredibly expensive (1k pesos) just to get to the airport, which was only about 10-15 minutes away. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.'
