« This was my first trip to Shenandoah National Park and the cottage was very close to Old Rag and Whiteoak Canyon. My friend and I appreciated how Jimm came out to greet us when we first arrived. He was also very easy to communicate with throughout the trip. We really enjoyed wine tasting and listening to the birds at the cottage. It was nice to learn about the history of the cottage and the area. Thank you for a great time! »

« The kitchen was a delight to work in. I had everything I needed. The owners make you feel warm and welcome. The cottage is exceptionally appointed. Beautiful finishes, and furniture. It truly is a five minute walk to town. »

« Short walk to Inn at Little Washington and Pattyo's which we didn't realize and a reasonable way to drive Skyline Drive and visit in Ruckersville. Host was very helpful. »

« The property was in a great location and very clean. The host was very upfront with a few minor things that were still needed for him to fix. The kitchen was updated but could have used more that 2 coffee cups. The house was very pet-friendly. The screened in porch was great and loved reading and watching the sunset out there. The price was a bit on the high side with all of the taxes etc. We will be renting there again! »

Immaculate and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. We made little use of the kitchen beyond morning tea but it seemed fully equipped. We loved walking on th grounds and to the winery. Highly recommended. »
