'Rooms very big and clean property with nice amenities '

'While, the lodge is charming, our room was freezing. We had the fireplace and heat as high as it would go. the room never got above 60. There was no blanket on our bed and no blankets were available in our room. The desk was unmanned after 11 and phone messages were unanswered. Hopefully, this issue has been corrected. '

'The room we had was awful and it stunk really bad. The night person on duty was rude. There was things in the room that was broken including the room phone so I kept going downstairs to complain and I asked about a different room and you only have 30 minutes from the time you check in. The elevator is small and old. The pool was closed and the breakfast sucked.. The photos on the website are misleading.I also couldn't get anyone from Expedia to help and possibly get another hotel. All in all...

'Hotel very clean, quit staff is wonderful and helpful '

'I was shocked when I saw the condition of the building. So much work needed to be done in our bathroom. In the hallways. My boyfriend even noticed that there was no emergency certificate in the elevator. Makes you wonder if they're up to date or up to code. In addition to the poor condition to the building it must not be insulated too well because we could literally hear every step they were taking above us. Even in the middle of the night it was just noisy. I do not recommend this location.'

'Hotel and room nice and clean as per Hampton Inn as usual, no issues. Only issue was the lady at check-in, seemingly no idea how to talk to customers, not social at all. Not the first impression one wants upon entering a hotel.'

'We were pleasantly surprised by our room. The floors were clean. The bed was clean. Everything smelled good even in the hallway. There were no noisy neighbors and the balcony overlooking the water was peaceful and beautiful. We loved getting visits from the geese and the beautiful swan. I would absolutely stay there again.'

'Fridge was broke, they gave away the specific room i booked then said it was expedia fault. Problem after problem. Dont waste your money. NEVER again would i stay here. 0 stars.'

'Shower would never get hot even when turned all the way up. And at 530a.m there was a fire alarm and the hitel fought to give a refund that i still have not seen 15 days later'

'The room wasn't the cleanest. We even saw a roach smh. They did let me know that housekeeping isnt that frequent. Every three days. Staff was nice. Good location. I'm not sure if I'd come back again because of the roach. I hate bugs. '
