'If you are not a smoker- this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! We had 4 nights reserved and only stayed 1. Even the bedding reeked of stale cigarette smoke. My daughter had a difficult time with smoke reaction. They would not refund the rest of our trip. Disappointing.'

'The room was nice and clean- the entryway carpet to the hotel was filthy and gave a negative first impression. The breakfast buffet was really good. Showers wer nice and hot with good water pressure. The overall experience was an 8.5 for us. '

'The stay was pleasant and the room was clean and the staff was wonderful. However, the only issue I had was the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was old and needed replaced. When I slept on it, I rolled into the middle of the bed. The springs in the mattress then had its last days. I informed the front desk and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and was unable to get me another room. Overall, the hotel was nice.'

'I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight.
The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room.
It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable.
The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well.
If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily...

'There was hair in the bath tub. And the water was not going properly. When asked to change the room the staff said all the rooms will have same problem and didnt do anything about it. I went around 8:20 for breakfast eggs are done and never replaced. The only good thing is the location of the place. '
