'I stayed in this hotel for a week and I really enjoyed it. I spend a lot of time in hotels during business trips and I didn't expect much to be honoust. Very friendly staff! I received breakfast vouchers for being a Hhonours member. Rooms are spacious and clean. Microwave and fridge are handy in case you have leftovers for a meal in a restaurant.'

'I don’t recommend this property. Very run down, dirty floors, toilet was detached and rocked, air conditioning in common areas couldn’t keep up, people sitting on benches right next to front door smoking 24:7 and it was in the lobby every time we entered. Not family friendly!'

'We chose this hotel because they have a pool. My teen daughter took 1 look at the debris and bugs floating in it and said no way. The pillows are small and lumpy. But this room single handedly made me realize just how done with hotels I am after this trip. The only curtain covering the window is a sheer white curtain. 'The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views. The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed. We liked that coffee was available 24/7. There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor.'

'The facility is in need of major rehabilitation. It is old, dingy, walls need extensive repairs and painting. The staff however, were very friendly and helpful.'

'Great stay! My only feedback is on the housekeeping procedures and the pillows. King sized beds should have king sized pillows, and should come with both soft and firm options. The pillows provided were lumpy, limp and felt kind of old. As for the housekeeping, a small placard in the bathroom says housekeeping services are offered every other day, which I find a bit stingy- leftover from Covid most likely. If you need your room tended to for basics like trash/towels then you need to notify them...

'The exterior of the property was clean. I had to request housekeeping as soon as I checked in. There was crumbs under the desk and under the desk next to the beds. The hallways smelled like a dirty dish rag. Especially next to the vents. Breakfast was great! The dining area was clean as well.'

'When we first checked in we had to ask for a whole new room because ours was dirty (hair in the shower, stains on bed sheets, and smelled like weed). They won’t clean your room unless you ask them too but they fail to tell you that you have to ask for them to clean your room. We asked for extra pillows bc one traveler with us was pregnant and uncomfy asked at 10:00 P.M. and they said yes we will bring them to you in about 15 minutes…. Ok cool! They came banging on our door at 12 A.M with pillows...

'Decently clean. But staff SUCKED. Also, the lazy excuse for breakfast. I got a fruit punch and it tasted like it was laced with alcohol. Wet floors and carpets with no signs. Almost slipped on more than one occasion. Do better.'

'Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. 'It was okay at best. Pretty dirty generally. Examples: sink in room had debris and soap spots, main hallway carpet was flooded (like water appeared on surface when walking), bathroom grout was stained and a bit moldy, small insects throughout room (not an infestation, just a handful of bugs…). Any individual item, on its own, no biggie…but in total, I wouldn’t stay again. It was an old building, so my expectations were modest to start with.'
