'Good restaurant but waiting times too long Breakfast not for european people Service good staff good'

'No windows in my hotel room! When I inquired about another room (with windows), the answer was "we're already booked". It should be noted, I would never have made a reservation if there was a chance I would stay in a room without windows. It was weird and a bit uncomfortable. The food at Geraldos was great. The service in the restaurant was ok. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Again, my only real issue was how nonchalant they were about a windowless room.'

'The overall experience is really good. Stayed 2 nights with my partner. Staff are very friendly. Walking to locations can take some time however the hotel has small transit units like golf buggies. Call reception and they come to collect and drop off. No telephone in the room and no room service was slightly disappointing. Swimming pools need to be cleaned more frequently. Staff are very friendly. Food was really nice. Very quiet location if you want to completely switch off from things. Lovely...

'Breakfast and quiet place'

'The room was very average. The faucet in the bathroom had insufficient water pressure. After taking a shower there was lots of water in the bathroom (curtain was wrongly placed). The lift towards the 4th floor in tower 2 had wrong settings. The lift door was squeezing the last person entering.'

'Black mold in bathrooms, bugs and fly’s in shower cracks, broken window held together by a plastic bag, no cover for electrical outlet which could cause serious injury or death. Ac unit not properly insulated and outside air is exposed around the unit, the water from faucets were black, dirty mirrors, stains on bed sheets. A patch on a toilet which could break any moment. We come from the United States and the only good thing about this place was the price and staff. The property owner obviously...

'I had an excellent stay at Villa Marii for 12 days. The property is small but has everything you need. Firm bed , firm pillows , nice AC, just how I like it. Shower with endless hot water, which is rare in philippines. Staff friendly and attentive always asking to freshen the room or provide towels and water. Breakfast is included and is great. Full restaurant onsite as well. You will not be disappointed.'

'Towels were thin, dirty and over-used. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, but dirty. Whole place looked like it was falling apart and was very dirty in general.'

'The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was average. It came with a breakfast voucher. The food was 2 eggs, toast with butter/jam, and coffee. As for the room, it came with no hotel slippers and no water to drink. The room had a wall AC and it didn't feel cool at all. I don’t plan on coming back here again!'

'I come from the United States so my review may be different from others. But the property was clean, working hot water, free amenities and morning breakfast, cold ac, working elevator, and helpful friendly staff. Only dislike was only having one thin bed sheet for bedding and some internet connectivity issues. Other than that great price for the value for what you get compared to other hotels in the area.'
