'Every detail was curated, nothing was left unplanned both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. Location was perfect, quiet and well connected to the metro and main Kyoto train station. The Onsen facility was a nice moment in the evening to relax and experience a traditional ritual. Breakfast was also very good and the staff available to help with any query. Only note the laundry area was frequently busy plan ahead if you need to wash your clothes. Overall, highly recommended!'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water. Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel! 'ひとり旅で利用しました。 地下鉄駅から7分くらい？ バス停目の前ですが1時間に2本でした。 二食付き安価で予約でき 早くから食べれる朝食は良かったです。 夕食は定食かカレーで質素な感じです。 いつも歩き回って食べ損ねてしまう私にはにはよかったです。 もし京都旅行で行きたい飲食店があればそちらを優先した方が良いかもしれません。 学食のように長くテーブルを配置していて間隔が狭くとても出入りがしずらかったです。 せめて壁側からも通れるようにしてほしいです。 しかしながら大浴場も気持ちよいですし大満足です。 スタッフの方々もよいのでひとり旅の時には候補とさせて頂きます。'

'朝食は良いアイデアが組み込まれており、楽しめたが、品数がもう少しあると良い。二泊したが、選択の幅が狭く、無理に京都らしさを出さなくても良いような気がする。京都らしさと日常の食事として選択できれば良い。糖尿病と脂質異常症、高血圧、高齢者という目線で見るともう少し工夫があると良かった。'
