'Every detail was curated, nothing was left unplanned both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. Location was perfect, quiet and well connected to the metro and main Kyoto train station. The Onsen facility was a nice moment in the evening to relax and experience a traditional ritual. Breakfast was also very good and the staff available to help with any query. Only note the laundry area was frequently busy plan ahead if you need to wash your clothes. Overall, highly recommended!'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water. Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel! Ook nog een pluspunt: dichtbij metrostation '

'Excellent hotel at Kyoto Station. Outstanding Service & spacious rooms. Ideal if you have a connection to Tokyo or Osaka (Airport). And while you‘re there enjoy the architecture of the Kyoto Station by night. It’s simply amazing!'

'This was my second stay and we always enjoy our stay as it central and convenient. However, I would say the room needs to be cleaned of mold as it definitely made me super congested and I had to take allergy medicine. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend for the bath house/amenities.'

'Hotel: luxurious and great location, spacious and clean rooms, various cleaning room options. Hotel has a shuttle bus to drive guests to a train/subway station. Staff: very helpful, give valuable and usefull information, Restaurant/food: only tried western breakfast. Everyday was the same but had enough options to chose from. The only small complaint i have is the lack of protein options. Overall: great hotel, would definitely recommend it for those visiting Kyoto'
