'The accommodation is great. The state of the building and the rooms are very good. The kitchen has the minimum but it’s just enough. (It’s helpful to have one). The location is very good. If you are checking after the advices time, it will be a great stay. Unfortunately the communication is not very good. We reached out in advance for early check in which was told to be possible. '전체적으로 만족하였습니다! 2층 침대가 있는 방인데 좋았어요! 다만, 가족여행을 하면 트렁크가 여러개인데, 펼쳐 놓고 있을 공간이 조금 부족하고, 방에 제공되는 슬리퍼가 없어서 방 내부에서 이동이 불편했습니다. 이용하신다면 슬리퍼를 챙겨가세요! 택시를 이용한다면 호텔앞에는 주차가 힘듭니다! 다른 곳에 주차해야 해서 이부분은 불편해요!'

'We loved that the room we stayed in was spacious for three guests and the room was cleaned everyday. Easy check in and check out. We would choose to stay here in again when we visit Osaka. '

'Overall, the property is excellent in all areas- location, cleanliness, comfort and safety. However they are inflexible with the check in time, so if you happen to arrive early you need to wait until 4 pm to check in. The luggage store if you need it is an open area behind the building where they also keep the garbage. Japan is a safe country, but still… Five stars if they allowed check in early if the room is ready and if they provided a secure luggage store. '

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Excellent apartment for an adult family of 5. Very spacious for Japan. Mats on floor were comfortable and used couch as another bed. Doubles in a separate room were very comfortable. Double sink bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet was very convenient for all of us. Great new space. '

'Excellent hotel for our family of three. Modern facilities, very clean, and helpful staff. Good location, close to heritage areas (though no views from the suite). Ask staff to help you make dinner reservations, as walk-in space was hard to come by in the better restaurants. Only quibble was the 6/10 breakfast buffet, which was probably just our tastes. Otherwise would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.'
