Dommage quelques détails de finitions (rien de grave) empêche de mettre 10/10. Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs hôtel 5* sur Velingrad , Kashmir est pour nous le meilleur. Nous reviendrons assurément. »

« It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

« Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all »

« The hotel/resort is much bigger than it seems from the description. The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable. The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.). The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess). The breakfast buffet was not great. »
