We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment.
Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible.
The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room.
The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour.
Not that client friendly when I'm still...

'Prachtig nieuwe hotel mooi spa mooie kamers. Goed eten.
Personeel weet niets, spreken geen Engels of klein beetje. Als wij vroegen of er what te doen is in velingrad zeiden ze dat er niets is.daarna bleek dat er een feestje in het dorp was die wij gemist hebben'

'This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave'

'Great stay in a place with the best of natural springs and pool options - multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, hot and cool water, fantastic spa experience! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent experience, highly recommended!'

'A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.'
