« The hotel/resort is much bigger than it seems from the description. The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable. The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.). The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess). The breakfast buffet was not great. »

« Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile. The rooms are run-down and unsafe, nothing is supplied for using the kitchenette and there is absolutely nothing complimentary, not even a tea bag. The sauna, swimming pool and gym are ok, Breakfast is also not too bad. Hotel etiquette should be enforced, such as not shouting in corridors and not smoking in rooms, which appear to be tolerated.
