'Op het eerste gezicht is dit een prachtig hotel dat veel te bieden heeft. Echter is het een all-inclusive hotel (dit was niet duidelijk bij het boeken) waardoor de kwaliteit van eten en drinken te wensen overlaat. Daarnaast was onze badkamer niet schoon, in de douche veel schimmel. Ondanks dat het elke dag werd schoongemaakt. De drinkglazen op de badkamer werden niet vervangen voor schonen. 'I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room.
