Echter is het een all-inclusive hotel (dit was niet duidelijk bij het boeken) waardoor de kwaliteit van eten en drinken te wensen overlaat. Daarnaast was onze badkamer niet schoon, in de douche veel schimmel. Ondanks dat het elke dag werd schoongemaakt. De drinkglazen op de badkamer werden niet vervangen voor schonen. 'The hotel has a lovely and family orientated vibe. Very helpful staff. I stayed alone with two children and I felt very safe and comfortable here. Hotel has a nice pool and restaurant. Also you get free access to club Bacocho, which is a beach club with a great restaurant with sunset view. Amazing!'

'The condo is in a luxury resort situated in front of a gorgeous uncrowded beach. There is a open air restaurant and bar as you walk into the resort. Two beautiful pools, one with a swim up bar. The resort itself is about 25 minutes west of town. We have been to Puerto several times and this was our first time staying in this area. 'Sadly we had difficulty with our stay at this (Vivo) resort and there were quite a few things that didn't work or were simply unacceptable for travelers looking to relax and enjoy a seamless vacation and remote working experience. To be fair, the staff is friendly but under-trained. 'Esta muy bonito el lugar, y la vista es increíble. Pero esta muy lejos de todo, sino traes vehículo! Puedes encontrar lugares para comer pero tienes caminar como unos 13-15mins. Y el servicio de entrega de comida no reparten en esa localidad. '
