'Very friendly people and a beautiful location'

'Prachtige locatie. Geslapen in La Cabane, de boomhut. Heeft zelf weinig faciliteiten, douche en toilet deel je met andere gasten die in tenten op het domaine verblijven. Met kinderen een toffe ervaring, met de service die bij een 4-sterren locatie past. Ontbijt was heerlijk en ruime parkeervoorziening.'

'Geboekt als tussenstop onderweg naar Zuid-Frankrijk; echt een aanrader! Hiermee echt een extra vakantiedag gecreëerd, zowel op de heen- als op de terugreis! Prachtige plek, goede bediening, fijn zwembad. Fantastische restaurants. Goede gezinskamers, met mogelijkheden voor 6 personen. Iets gedateerd interieur, maar superschool en goed onderhouden. Kortom, echte aanrader!'

'Owner was rude and arrogant. He enforced the 'House' rules like a tyrant and complained about everything you did. I am a polite and silent person who shows respect everywhere i stay but still complained about everything. For example; having to be silent when walking around the room while the floor itself was extremely squeeky. Many more of these complaints were done in an arrogant way.'

'HÔTEL À ÉVITER !! Nous avions réservé trois chambres et, dès notre arrivée, une des cartes ne fonctionnait pas. Avec leur système “d’accueil autonome”, impossible d’obtenir de l’aide rapidement. Nous avons attendu plus de 45 minutes dans des couloirs remplis de mouches avant qu’une personne arrive enfin avec une carte fonctionnelle. Le personnel a été extrêmement désagréable et hautain, en particulier un certain Mohamed au téléphone, incapable de parler correctement à des clients ou de gérer...

'Excellent location within the historic city. Safe, easy parking available within walking distance. Shopping, dining and touring were all excellent and available right out the front door. Responsibility for collecting, separating and removing all trash from the stay was a surprise on the day before checkout. Would have liked to have instructions during the booking process or upon arrival…Along with a trash can in the kitchen. Also, no hot water after 8pm one night. Not a big deal, just an...

'Cette maison était vraiment une fête ! Nous y étions avec 12 personnes pendant une semaine. Superbe emplacement contre une montagne dans un village très calme. La maison est vraiment fantastique : très grande avec un immense jardin et un logement séparé à côté, décorée avec beaucoup de style, grande cuisine avec toutes les garnitures, une deuxième cuisine extérieure avec toutes les garnitures, plus qu'assez de salles de bains (vous ne vous gênez jamais les uns les autres) et une belle piscine...

'It was fine for our chosen quiet, relaxing, family holiday. We were however caught completely by surprise on arrival that there was a very sick cat that we were expected to feed 2x daily. There was no indication that this was going to be the case on the website beforehand and we would probably not have chosen to look after a sick animal on holiday.
