'Everything is good. Staffs are all kind and very nice.'

'Rooms are very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, cockroaches in bathroom, ants colony in bedroom. Towels were not changed, even after use they’ve been put on the floor. The lobby is nice, as is the swimming pool, but the rooms look like they’ve been have neglected for 20 years (just like the gym). I would not go there again, the high prices are just ridiculous for this level of maintenance and state. No more than a 2 or 3 star hotel in my opinion, certainly no 5 star hotel, because of the state...

'スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで親切だった。朝食サービスも行き届いておりロビーや部屋、TOPフロアのインフィニティプールも洗練されている。築浅なだけあってファシリティは綺麗で快適。近くに大型モールがあり便利。満足度は高い。 強いて言えば、セルフでのランドリールームが無く、60RM支払ってランドリーサービスを頼む必要があること。近くの港から容易にビーチに行けるアクセスの良さがあるので、あったらもっと便利だと思います。'
