« I recently stayed at the villa it was genuinely impressed. Since it’s newly built, everything feels fresh and well-maintained, with modern and luxurious interiors. The villa was spotless and smelled clean upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable.Getting around the complex is convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities. Overall, it’s great value for money, and I would definitely come back with family or friends. »

"We had 2 very good stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the family room and there was lot of space for 3. The street is quiet at night. Beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Perfectly located near the cathédrale and the lake. 5-10min walk away from train street and the old town. I will definitely come back here next time I am in Hanoi."

"Un staff formidable...toujours à l'écoute et bienveillant. En raison des orages, mon vol pour Hanoï a été reporté plusieurs fois et je suis arrivé à 4h30 du matin. Malgré l'heure matinal, le réceptionniste m'a accueilli avec le sourire et avait déjà anticipé certaines formalités. Le lendemain matin, je suis arrivé à 10h30 au petit déjeuner. Normalement le service était fini à 10h, mais l'équipe m'a quand meme servi un café, du pain grillé, des fruits. Encore merci pour toutes ces attentions. Seul bémol, mais c'est le cas dans la plupart des hôtels a Hanoi, c'est de ne pas avoir de fenêtre dans ma chambre. A bientôt"

"The staff is very kind, efficient, and helpful. Thank you to the receptionists and doormen. The hotel is well located, and the breakfast offered has everything you could want. Despite a very good mattress, I slept very poorly. The soundproofing is terrible. I had room 205, located directly above the breakfast room and a few steps above the elevator. I could hear everything happening on the stairs and even the clatter of cutlery and plates at breakfast. The noise comes through a ventilation duct behind the television. Being on a low floor, you also hear a lot of street noise. These are the two main drawbacks, but they didn't prevent me from enjoying my stay.Thank you again."

"Lhotel est tres tres bien situé dans le vieux quartier d'Hanoi, proche du lac, des commerces, de train street. Tout etait parfait, propriété, equipement,petit dejeuner, et le personnel. Tous etaient a votre service, veillaient à ce que tout ce passe bien. Un immense merci à Susan et Daria qui ont ete extrêmement exceptionnelles MERCI!!!!!"
