« L'hôtel est idéal pour une visite en famille à Hanoi. Les appartements offrent de l'espace pour que chacun puisse se détendre après une journée d'excursion. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-vaisselle n'a pas eu d'importance puisque nous avons à peine mangé dans l'appartement, mais le lave-linge séchant a été très apprécié. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel. »

« 서호 근처에 있는 곳으로 매우 깨끗하게 운영되고 있으며 내부에 일상생활이 가능한 도구나 기기들이있습니다. 방에서 보이는 전망 또한 심심하지 않으며 조용하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 직원들 또한 친절하고 많은 것을 도와주려 노력하는 모습이 보기 좋았습니다. 상업 구역에 위치해 있어 관광을 위해 그랩을 통해 이동해야하는 단점이있으나 서호까지 거리가 가까워 산책이 가능합니다. 호안끼엠호 근방의 숙소와 비교하여 잘 관리되어있고 깔끔하며 더 큰 룸 크기와 많은 옵션을 가지고있으므로 가족 동반이나 소수 인원의 경우 이 호텔에서 지내시는 것을 매우 추천드립니다. »
