'I still can’t believe they asked for a deposit of 2,000 MXN for the stuff in the room. At the end they check the room in order to release the deposit, the lady said there was plates and cups missing... I never saw them. Then she just said OK and proceeded with check out. Pointless.'

'El hotel esta bien ubicado para acceder a la expo GDL. Sin embargo ya necesita una reparacion en algunos aspectos de las habitaciones como cuarto de baño o closets. EL desayuno es siempre igual, mismos platillos, y con regular sazón. El precio por el desayuno es caro en relación a lo que se ofrece en el buffet. Intente hacer ejercicio en el gym pero tres caminadoras NO funcionaban, algo inaceptable en un hotel asi. Les sugiero atender los detalles para que la estancia sea más placentera.'
