'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. 'The resort was a great location of south Colorado Springs area and the location is around a lot of attractions within a 10 to 20 minute drive. Restaurant options are limited however there’s a lot of great places to dine and coffee shops within just a mile of the resort, so plenty to choose from. The aquatic center by the golf course clubhouse is really great. They have an adult pool and hot tub only. They also have a beach area to walk on and to enjoy the day. Definitely will go back.'

'Such a beautiful place. Wish we could have stayed a few days to see everything and enjoy all the pretty trails. Highly recommend this place. '

'30% of parked cars had no permit. The lot was completely full and we drove around for 30 minutes before we found the farthest parking spot away from the door. We paid for the hotel and the parking space. This is inadequate and unwelcome and not customer centric.'
