'Een uitmuntend hotel, met de service, comfor en luxe die je in 2018 mag verwachten van een hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is pas sinds kort open; de waterkoker zat nog zelfs in plastic :-). Achter het hotel zijn diverse seafood restaurantjes te vinden, waar ik voor weinig geld verse kreeft heb kunnen eten.'

'Rooms are very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, cockroaches in bathroom, ants colony in bedroom. Towels were not changed, even after use they’ve been put on the floor. The lobby is nice, as is the swimming pool, but the rooms look like they’ve been have neglected for 20 years (just like the gym). I would not go there again, the high prices are just ridiculous for this level of maintenance and state. No more than a 2 or 3 star hotel in my opinion, certainly no 5 star hotel, because of the state...

'After our roundtrip in Borneo, we wanted to relax for a few days, and chose this resort. Some buildings in this hotel were being renovated, but this was not disturbing for guests. The first renovation should be finished in august 2018. Our rooms were very spacious and clean; but they also need renovation. We reserved a family room, and got 2 rooms with connecting door. '시내에서 그랩을 타고 갔는데 생각보다 와! 멀다는 아닌데 멀어요…물이랑 간단한 먹거리 챙기세요! 셀프체크인 하라고 연락왔는데 체크인하우스 가니까 이름 여권 확인후 친절히 안내해주시고 정문이랑 룸이 멀어서 언제걸어가나 했는데 수시로 버스있구요 발코니문열면 넓은바다보이고 바로앞에 수영장있는데 엄청크지않고 수영장 물은 괜찮은데 큰애들이 다이빙금지라고 써있는데 다이빙하더라구요 직원은 없어서 제지안되구요 그시간피하면 저희애들은 마음껏 수영했어요 시내에서 멀고 편의점없고 다 알고갔는데 화장실은 조금 관리가 덜된!느낌이라 언니랑 둘이 애들쓰기전에 간단하게 청소하고 사용했어요 저희언니는 하수구 냄새가 조금 났다는데 저는 못느꼇고 일단 직원분들 진짜 친절하셔요!!'

"Qua service heb je echt een 5 sterren ervaring. Het eten was heerlijk (hoewel wel prijzig voor Maleisie). Er is niet heel veel in de omgeving, maar dat wisten wij van te voren. Wij wilden echt even een paar dagen niets. Tip: huur een golfkarretje op de golfbaan om wildlife (otters) te bekijken. Het hotel is wel aan wat onderhoud toe, het zou zonde zijn als het gaat vervallen. Wij hadden geüpgraded naar de Ocean Wing, maar we vonden de kamer die we kregen echt niet de upgrade waard. Dit is door het personeel goed opgelost. "
