'Zeer goede ontvangst en ze nemen de tijd om je uitleg te geven over ciutenay. Uitstekende kamer'

'Very dated. Bed was old and stiff. Room smelt of pot even though it was supposed to be non smoking'

'The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and my kids enjoyed it. The grounds were pretty, the coffee in the lobby was nice, and it was very quiet. The Nespresso pods in the hotel room were a nice touch and there was real cream in the fridge for us to use! We were able to stream shows through the TV which was nice for downtime. A couple issues: I was already in the shower and there was no body wash left in the container. This happened in 3 hotels I stayed...

'The room was very nice. We stayed two night, but the room was not tended to after the first night. Nothing was done even though we left and came back a few times with the kids. When we returned again around 4:30 and found that no one had cleaned or changed the towels we call the front desk. The front desk attendant was very apologetic and said that it would be done right away. We spent some time in the lobby and when she said that it was ready we went upstairs to our room, but only the garbage...

'We booked this hotel to be able to swim with our two year old and at arrival we were told that we (families with kids younger then 16) were only allowed to swim with her between 6 and 8 PM and 9 and 10 AM. There is nothing on hotels.com that informs about this. Between 6 and 8 we normally have dinner and she goes to bed and we needed to leave at 9 AM to get the ferry and they could not make an exception. Next to that the bathroom is tiny and the shower very slippery, which made it very hard...

'Leek op de foto's wel mooi, maar is toch echt wel heel erg aan renovatie toe. Bij binnenkomst is het of je in een natte caravan stapt, was tot onze verbazing wel redelijk schoon. Omdat we met 4 waren, stond er 1 bed in de keuken en was er verder weinig leefruimte.De airco maakte ongeveer hetzelfde geluid als een opstijgende F16 en was dus ook niet bruikbaar. Zeker geen aanrader!'

'Terrible Experience !! Host did not Reply, left me stranded. it was on a long weekend and i had to rebook my stay and there was nothing available. i would not recommend this place to anyone. This is a Scam.'

'De ligging was mooi, maar het de kamer was niet schoon. De ramen waren zo vuil, dat we er niets doorheen konden zien. Ook het servies was niet schoon. De code van de voordeur was oud, en moesten we een half uur wachten op de nieuwe. De eetkamerstoel viel bijna uit elkaar. Deze kamer moet een keertje goed gereinigd worden en alles repareren wat nodig is.'

'Very lovely cabin feel. Peaceful surroundings. Host was very helpful.'

'Great place, lots of room and an excellent location.'

'We had never been to Mount Washington and staying at Sunset Lodge didn't disappoint! In fact, it was exactly what we needed. The building alone is in a semi-private location, very few people around and we needed the downtime. When we walked into Sunset Lodge we were very impressed. The overall cleanliness, higher end quality of the build and everything we needed was right there. It was apparent there was a lot of thought going into creating such a space. We slept well during our stay and it...

'Wonderful hosts, easy check in and tranquil atmosphere. All the amenities you could think of, they really have it all dialed in!! Can’t wait to go back and stay longer!'
