Rechercher des hôtels - District des Nilgiris

« J'ai beaucoup à dire ! J'habite en France, mais je suis anglophone, et c'est donc en anglais que je partage mes impressions. According to the information supplied by hotels.com, we had booked a room "donnant sur le jardin". However, on arrival we were informed that the hotel itself was full. We found ourselves in a little bungalow, set apart from the main hotel, and donnant sur…..un mur. We complained to the management, and were moved to another bungalow, even further from the main hotel. It...

« Good for staying with family and kids »

« Perfect retreat in the Nilgiris. Beautiful and comfortable rooms and excellent food at the restaurant! Be sure to include the buffet breakfast in your package »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of 10 stayed at Ayatana Ooty for four days in mid June to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. We booked four rooms - the Jacuzzi Chalets. The cool weather, misty mornings, and beautiful surroundings made the stay even more special. The resort is stunning, the rooms are spacious, the food is excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, courteous, and attentive. The team made my parents’ milestone anniversary unforgettable....

« Despite my flight was cancelled, the hôtel didnt propose any commercial gesture. »

« Good »

« We (2 adults and 2 kids) had a pleasant stay at Stumpfields. It is 500 meters above Ooty town and within half an hour driving distance. This picturesque place is quiet, serene and well-maintained. Plenty of small and medium sized birds can be seen in and around the property. Breakfast prepared by the staff was very good and homely and the rooms are well maintained. The access to the property is steep, narrow and the terrain is little rugged, so be prepared and experience is needed to get to the...

« Hotel très à l'écart. Confort et propreté limite. Ooty est à 2300 M. Chambre glaciale. Malade durant la nuit suite au repas servi en chambre. .. »

« Cleaning is very poor »

« The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything else is stretched : the staff and the amenities. There is no view of the hills or any outside view. Just rooms Amenities are just a tick in the box. All make shift. A store room has been converted into the Table tennis room. Similar for the pool and other activities. The restaurant / cafe is too small. Gets overcrowded and cannot even walk inside .I paid around 14 k for a room per night. No value for the money I paid »

« I had booked this room for my father . When they reqched the hotel, the caretaker told him that no payment or booking had been received. After my dad showed the reciept and payment, the manager turned up about half an hour later . They told my father that a room wasn't available and asked my father for a 1000 Rs deposit for another room. My dad refused to pay any further sum, and informed them that if they did not arrange another room or refund the paid amount he would apporach the police . They...

« We had an incredible stay at this property! The mountain views right from our room were breathtaking, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. A special mention to Dipen and his wife, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the home-cooked food was absolutely delicious. We loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay! »
